These Terms of Service govern your use of Chasma Ghar's website and your purchase of any products through it. By placing an order — whether as a guest or a registered account holder — you agree to these terms.
You may browse and shop as a guest, or create an account for faster checkout and order tracking. You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Occasionally, an item may be mispriced, out of stock, or discontinued after you've placed an order — if this happens, we will contact you before processing the affected item, and you may cancel that portion of your order.
We accept Cash on Delivery and Online Payment via eSewa, Khalti, or bank QR transfer. For online payments, you must upload a valid screenshot confirming your payment; orders are verified manually before dispatch. Cash on Delivery is not available in all locations — availability is shown at checkout.
Delivery charges vary by location and are calculated and shown before you complete your order.
Some products may be available for purchase even when temporarily out of stock, marked as available on "backorder." These items will ship once restocked, and estimated timing will be communicated where possible.
We offer exchanges (not refunds) within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately — see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Coupon codes are subject to individual terms (minimum order value, expiry date, and usage limits) shown at the time of use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any coupon at any time.
Chasma Ghar is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or events outside our control.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
